Refund policy

If an Item is damaged and or has been lost in shipping we will remake and send you a new item. Items can not be returned due to the personalized nature of our items. All of our items are made to order and cannot be returned or canceled after being ordered. 

Jewelry may be returned if it has broken due to imperfections within 10 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shippings.
